                       NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
                                    (Closed and Open)
                               Wednesday, January 28, 2026
                                        6:05 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Kenyon City Council will hold a Special City
Council Meeting (closed and open) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.04, subdivision 2
on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, commencing at 6:05 p.m., or immediately following the
Special City Council Meeting scheduled for 6:00 PM, at City Hall, 709 Second Street, Kenyon,
Minnesota for the following purposes:

        1.​      CLOSED MEETING: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05,
                 subdivision 2(b), to conduct a closed meeting (the meeting must be open
                 at the request of the individual who is the subject of the meeting) to
                 discuss preliminary consideration of allegations against an employee
                 subject to its authority, Mr. Brian Homeier.

        2.​      OPEN MEETING:

                 a.​ Any additional discussion or actions that must occur or any council
                     votes stemming from the subject of the closed meeting, including a
                     continuance of the meeting; and

                 b.​ Any other related matters.
