For food trucks, trailers and carts and other vehicle-based sales inside the city. Food vendors also need a Minnesota Department of Health or Department of Agriculture license and a fire inspection of cooking equipment. Rose Fest food vendors apply separately through the Rose Fest food vendor form.
What happens next. City Hall reviews with the fire chief where cooking equipment is involved and issues the license when the fee is paid.
