Contractors must provide a certificate of insurance and supply electronic as-built drawings; repairs follow the city's street-opening specifications and carry a one-year warranty. Call 507-789-6415 for inspection before backfill, after compaction, before paving and at completion.
What happens next. Public Works reviews the plan and schedule and City Hall issues the permit after the fee is paid. Call for each required inspection.
