Rose Fest runs Wednesday through Sunday of the third weekend in August (August 19–23 in 2026). Food vendors set up at Depot Park, the parade route and the tractor pull. Applications open in spring; spaces are limited and were full for 2026, so this application is for the next festival.
What happens next. The Rose Fest committee (meets monthly; kenyonrosefest@hotmail.com) confirms spaces in the spring and collects the fee. City Hall keeps a copy for the mobile merchant license.
