Temporary beer or liquor license

Nonprofit or club event: 3.2 beer $45 a day, or a temporary on-sale liquor license

About this form

Clubs, charitable, religious and other nonprofit organizations may sell beer or liquor at an event with a temporary license approved by the council. The fire department's Rose Fest beer garden is an example. Requests must reach City Hall by the first of the month before the council meeting that precedes the event.

What happens next. City Hall places the request on the next council agenda; for intoxicating liquor the approved state form is forwarded to Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement.
