Kenyon Municipal Utilities, other utilities and government agencies must be notified and give written permission. A certificate of liability insurance naming the City of Kenyon as certificate holder is required. Anyone may move their own building if it does not exceed 12 feet wide, 25 feet long or 16 feet loaded height; otherwise a Minnesota-licensed mover is required.
What happens next. City Hall and KMU review the route and utilities, schedule the structure inspection, and collect the fee and deposit before the permit is issued.
